This week, we had the privilege of presenting three extraordinary members of the Bridgedale team with Long Service Awards, each recognising an incredible 40 years of dedication, passion, and commitment to our brand.     Bridgedale's roots in sock making go all the way back to WW1 when the Newtownards factory in Northern Ireland first began knitting. The Bridgedale outdoor brand as we know it today launched in the early 1980s, making us over 40 years strong in performance outdoor socks, and over a century in the craft of sock making itself.

    Bridgedale socks are designed and finished at our factory in Newtownards, Northern Ireland — the same home we've had for over 100 years. We're proud of our deep local heritage and the skilled team who bring every pair to life *There are a few technological exceptions where we produce our socks overseas, but over 90% are made in Northern Ireland.*
